Job summary

OSI Group is seeking aMaintenance Inventory/Procurement Clerk to manage tools and parts in a manufacturing setting. You will track, issue, record, and return tools to mechanics, and handle purchasing, invoicing, and vendor coordination to keep operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include maintaining tools, placing and tracking orders, verifying invoices, and recording all activities in the asset management system. A high school diploma and attention to detail are required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance environment.
• Ability to enter data accurately into spreadsheets or software.
• Basic knowledge of purchasing and inventory control procedures.

Responsibilities

• Track and maintain maintenance tools; ensure tools are clean and ready for use and returned after use.
• Place orders for maintenance parts and supplies; obtain prices, schedule deliveries, and write PO's.
• Review invoices for price/quantity accuracy and route for payment within timelines; retain documents per policy.
• Record all maintenance work in asset management system; update, close work orders and prepare reports.
• Comply with safety, GMP, quality and workplace policies; perform other duties as assigned.
