Key Responsibilities

• Operate manual and CNC equipment to fabricate, modify, and repair tooling and components with exceptional accuracy.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.

• Perform tight-tolerance machining using precise measuring tools.
• Maintain and repair shop tooling, dies, and machine components.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a precision or tool room machining role.
• Proficient with manual and CNC machines.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation skills.
• Skilled in tight tolerance work and fine finishes.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical trade school preferred.
