Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Calculate dimensions and tolerances using shop math and precision instruments.
• Align and secure fixtures, cutting tools and materials on machines.
• Monitor machine feeds and speeds during machining.
• Measure, inspect and test finished parts to ensure specifications.
• Set machine controls and edit commands in CNC programs.
• Maintain industrial machines with knowledge of machining procedures.
