Job summary

Hankook Manufacturing is seeking a Fabrication Maintenance Technician for the nights shift to set up and operate lathes, grinders, mills, plasma cutters, CNC and drilling machines, producing precision parts. The role requires blueprint reading, mechanical aptitude, and safe workmanship in a fast-paced shop.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of equipment operation experience, strong reading and writing English, and the ability to work independently or with a team on a 2-2-3 weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 4 years of experience operating utility equipment.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts.
• Fabricate/modify parts to repair or maintain production machinery.
• Read blueprints and verify tolerances before release.
• Inspect and measure parts to ensure conformance.
• Work independently in the machine shop; collaborate with teammates.
