ARCH Cutting Tools is seeking a manufacturing technician to read blueprints and work orders, set up and operate machine equipment, and monitor parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards. Qualifications

• Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for extended periods.
• Work near moving mechanical parts in a moderate to loud environment.

Responsabilités

• Read and interpret blueprints, job orders, and work instructions to determine product specs and tooling requirements.
• Set up and operate machine equipment, including fixtures and feeding devices, per job specifications.
• Monitor machining operations and inspect workpieces to ensure parts meet quality standards and tolerances.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.
• Receive incoming materials, unload shipments, and verify quantities against orders.
• Move and stage materials, and maintain inventory records in the ERP system.
• Follow safety policies and housekeeping standards.
