Job summary

ARCH Global Precision is hiring for a CNC operator role with no prior machining experience required. We provide paid on-the-job training to prepare you for a high-demand skilled trade, plus a supportive, modern environment where your contributions are recognized and rewarded.

You will set up/operate CNC machines, read complex blueprints, perform adjustments, collaborate with engineers, and maintain equipment and logs to ensure quality and safety. Competitive pay and benefits offered.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components per specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders for quality control.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet production goals.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and manage related logs and inventory.
• Maintain accurate production records and safety compliance.
