ARCH Cutting Tools in Fort Wayne, IN, is seeking entry-level machinists. No prior machining experience required; ARCH provides comprehensive, paid on-the-job training to help you learn the trade and begin a manufacturing career.

You will set up and operate CNC machines, read blueprints, work with project managers and engineers, and contribute to quality and safety. ARCH emphasizes growth, strong work ethic, and stable employment with benefits.

• Experience: We train in house, no experience is needed but is helpful.
• Mathematical skills: Add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.

Responsibilities

• Operate and master CNC machines to produce components per exact specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to ensure quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and adjust machine settings, tooling, and programs to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Maintain and oversee routine preventative maintenance and production logs.
