Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience or mechanical background.
• Comfort with basic measurements and shop math.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Team players who value safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Prior CNC machining and/or drilling experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision machines.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to ensure quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Operate forklifts (training provided).
• Communicate openly with trainers and managers, apply feedback.
