Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. is seeking a Machinist on 2nd Shift in Wisconsin. You'll receive hands-on training from experienced mentors on CNC-type machines in a climate-controlled shop.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience or mechanical background.
• Comfort with basic measurements and shop math.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Team players who value safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• Prior CNC machining and/or drilling experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do

As a Machinist on 2nd Shift in our Gun Drilling, Deep Hole, and Honing areas, you’ll receive hands‑on comprehensive training from experienced mentors on the safe and efficient operation and maintenance of CNC type machines.
