Amphenol Communications Solutions (ACS) in Nashua, NH is seeking a Machinist to join our global technology team. You will operate a range of precision machine tools and contribute to new product development alongside mechanical design, signal integrity and process engineering.

This role requires reading drawings, setting up CNC mills/lathes, inspecting parts, and maintaining equipment while complying with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with precision machining equipment.
• Experience with setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and CAM software.
• Machining a variety of materials such as aluminum, tool steel, stainless steel, copper, and other alloys.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T.

Responsabilités

• Create Prototrak programs for milling machines and lathes.
• Operate manual milling, drilling, turning, and grinding of a variety of materials.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and related verbal instructions.
• Monitor machining processes and perform in-process and final inspection of finished parts.
• Maintain machinery and conduct minor repairs or adjustments; ensure safety and quality standards.
