Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Five years machinist experience or certification plus three years experience.
• Proficiency with measuring tools and precision instruments.
• Knowledge of automated control systems is a plus.
• Experience on a continuous process manufacturing line preferred.
• Manufacturing experience and forklift familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, maintain, and repair metal parts using lathes, shapers, milling machines, presses and drills.
• Measure work with precision tools and ensure quality of finished parts.
• Support maintenance to minimize downtime and improve processes.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on machinery.
• Be available for on-call nights and weekends as needed.
• Keep workstations and tools clean, neat, and organized.
