Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or certification preferred.
• 3+ years of machining experience in manufacturing or tool room environments.
• Experience operating manual machines; CNC experience is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and precision measurement.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain manual and CNC machine tools to produce and repair precision parts.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to manufacture components accurately.
• Select tooling, materials, and machining methods to meet tolerances.
• Measure finished parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges.
• Inspect for quality and maintain safe, clean work area.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, and engineering teams.
