Everllence in Brookshire, TX seeks a Workshop - 1st Class Machinist to set up and operate a range of machine tools to produce precision parts and instruments. You will fabricate, modify and repair mechanical instruments and maintain industrial machinery.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in mechanical field; not required with experience.
• High school diploma with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of precision measuring tools, materials, safety, planning.
• Experience disassembling/reassembling complex assemblies as project lead.
• Understanding equipment requirements; crane, rigging and heavy lift experience.
• Proficiency setting up, programming, and running conversational CNC machinery.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.

Responsabilités

• Set up, adjust and operate lathes, mills, shapers, and grinders for precision work.
• Machine parts to exact specs; monitor speeds and feeds and adjust as needed.
• Secure workpieces and tools; ensure safe, accurate operations.
• Repair and maintain industrial machinery including refinery systems.
• Measure and test completed units for defects and conformance.
• Operate cranes and hoists to move heavy parts safely.
