Pratt & Whitney is seeking a Machine Operator 1 for the 3rd shift (Sun-Fri, 2200-0600) in Middletown, PA. You will run a variety of production machines, read process sheets, deburr parts, and verify dimensions with precision tools while maintaining quality.

This onsite role requires US citizenship and adherence to ACE and EH&S guidelines. Responsibilities include daily labor logging in Solumina, performing preventative maintenance, and ensuring a clean, compliant work area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to program/contract information.
• 1+ years of machine operator experience.
• Proficiency with machine tools and precision measuring instruments; ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and perform routine tasks per process sheets.
• Deburr, clean parts, measure and document results; make minor offset changes under oversight.
• Record labor using Solumina and maintain run charts with dimensional data.
• Complete Daily Walk Around and maintain shop floor cleanliness and quality.
• Move about the line to operate equipment and handle light transport as needed.
• Follow ACE CORE guidelines and EH&S requirements.
