Job summary

Pratt & Whitney, part of RTX, is seeking a Machine Operator 1 for an onsite shift in Middletown, PA. The role involves operating multiple production machines, reading process sheets, and performing routine quality checks to meet blueprint specifications.

You will document results, maintain run charts, and perform daily maintenance tasks while adhering to ACE guidelines and EH&S rules. This is an onsite position requiring US citizenship.

Qualifications

• HS diploma (or equivalent) is required.
• U.S. citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate production machines and interpret process sheets.
• Deburr, clean parts and gauge parts to blueprint specifications.
• Record results in Solumina and run charts; perform daily walk around (DWA).
• Keep work area and equipment clean and adhere to EH&S guidelines, including PPE.
