Job summary

Lehigh Heavy Forge Corporation is seeking a skilled Machinist to operate FMG Soft side machines I250, J200, and Mori DMV 110. You will set up, run, and inspect parts, switching between cells as needed to meet production goals.

The role requires a Diploma/AAS in machine trades with hands‑on experience, blueprints/Routing reading, and proficiency in measuring tools. Expect a 3rd shift with a pay range reflecting DOQ and a shift differential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of relevant machining experience.
• Strong mechanical and technical abilities and experience.
• Ability to apply algebra, geometry, and trigonometry to practical tasks.
• Ability to edit programs and set up multiple machine styles; understand G&M Codes.
• Read blueprints and routings; use advanced measuring tools accurately.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, typing, 10 key, and internet navigation.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines per the defined process and fixtures.
• Set up machines and fixtures, adjust programs, and monitor progress.
• Move between cells as workload requires and inspect finished parts.
