You will collaborate with support staff to ensure on-time delivery, inventory control, and quality improvements while maintaining safety and adhering to company standards.

Qualifications

• Typically requires HS Diploma or equivalent or vocational/technical education in related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision manual and/or computerized machining centers according to standard work.
• Adjust machine feed/spindle speeds and changing tooling per machining instructions.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Read and apply quality testing techniques and inspect products with precision gauges and instruments.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Manufacturing Documentation and Labor Transactions.
• Support and follow all EHS, Quality, and CI guidelines set by leadership.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement and safety-related activities.
• Work extended shifts/overtime as required; some holiday hours may be needed.
• Training period shifts may differ from regular hours.
