Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking an experienced Manual and/or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA.The Precision Machinist role plays a key part in our production process by independently setting up machines, selecting tooling, and preforming precision inspections.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience setting up and operating Manual or CNC Lathe machines with the ability to hold tolerances of ±0.002”.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:Reads blueprints or job order for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions on holding devices, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cuts, and cutting toolsPositions and secures tools in holdersLifts workpiece manually or with hoist, and positions and secures workpiece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers, or fixturesSets specified rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, and positions tool in relation to workpieceStarts machine, turns handwheels to feed tool to workpiece, and engages feedTurns valve handle to direct flow of coolant against tool and workpieceObserves cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunctionVerifies conformance of machined workpiece to specificationsScribes reference lines on workpiece to lay out interrelated surfaces, lengths, and depths of cutComputes unspecified dimensions and machine settingsOperates forklift**Work Schedule: **We have openings on both our 2nd shift and 3rd shift.Second Shift:primarily Monday through Friday, 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**Third Shift: **primarily Sunday Night through Friday Morning, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.Opportunity to move to four (4) tens (10's) after training based upon depatmental needsOvertime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectationsBenefits:**Paid Time Off: **16 hours after 60 days, annual vacation accrual**Health Coverage: **Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 60 days**Additional Benefits: **Company paid short-term disability and 401(k) company contribution after 1 yearQualifications:Minimum of 5 years of Manual and/or CNC Lathe ExperienceAbility to hold tolerances of ±0.002”Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings & GD&TProficient in the use of precision measuring equipmentAbility to independently set up machines, select tooling, and perform precision inspectionsCapable of scoring 80% or higher on our machining test**Physical Demands: **The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
