Job summary

Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division in New Castle, PA, seeks an experienced Manual and/or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team. The role involves setting up machines, selecting tooling, and performing precision inspections to ensure parts meet specifications.

You will work third shift with potential move to four 10‑hour shifts after training and overtime as needed to meet delivery expectations. Benefits include PTO, health coverage, and 401(k) contributions after one year.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Manual and/or CNC Lathe experience.
• Ability to hold tolerances of ±0.002”.
• Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings & GD&T.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to independently set up machines, select tooling, and perform precision inspections.
• Capable of scoring 80% or higher on machining test.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints or job orders for specifications, tooling, and speeds.
• Position and secure tools in holders and secure workpieces.
• Set rotation speed, feed, depth of cut, and engage coolant.
• Observe machining action and verify conformance to specs.
• Scribe reference lines and compute dimensions and settings.
• Operate forklift as needed.

Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking an experienced Manual and/or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA.

Role Overview

The Precision Machinist role plays a key part in our production process by independently setting up machines, selecting tooling, and preforming precision inspections.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints or job order for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions on holding devices, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cuts, and cutting tools
• Positions and secures tools in holders
• Lifts workpiece manually or with hoist, and positions and secures workpiece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers, or fixtures
• Sets specified rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, and positions tool in relation to workpiece
• Starts machine, turns handwheels to feed tool to workpiece, and engages feed
• Turns valve handle to direct flow of coolant against tool and workpiece
• Observes cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunction
• Verifies conformance of machined workpiece to specifications
• Scribes reference lines on workpiece to lay out interrelated surfaces, lengths, and depths of cut
• Computes unspecified dimensions and machine settings
• Operates forklift

Work Schedule

Third Shift: primarily Sunday Night through Friday Morning, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.

Opportunity to move to four (4) ten (10) hour shifts after training (Sunday night-Thursday morning 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.).

Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectations.

Pay

Pay: $21.50 to $25.00/hour based upon prior experience.
