Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division seeks an experienced Manual and/or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our New Castle, PA manufacturing team.

The role includes setting up machines, selecting tooling, and performing precision inspections to ensure parts meet exact tolerances. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of lathe experience and can read engineering drawings with GD&T, using precision measuring tools.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of manual or CNC lathe experience.
• Ability to hold tolerances ±0.002”.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Proficiency with precision measuring equipment.
• Ability to set up machines, select tooling, and perform precision inspections.
• Able to pass machining test with 80% or higher.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints or job orders for dimensions and tolerances.
• Positions and secures tooling in holders.
• Sets rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut.
• Starts machine and feeds tool to workpiece.
• Observes cutting action and notes wear or malfunctions.
• Verifies conformance of machined parts to specs.
• Computes dimensions and machine settings as needed.
• Operates forklift as required.

Ezeflow USA, Inc. – Flowline Division is seeking an experienced Manual and/or CNC Lathe Machinist to join our manufacturing team located in New Castle, PA.The Precision Machinist role plays a key part in our production process by independently setting up machines, selecting tooling, and preforming precision inspections.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience setting up and operating Manual or CNC Lathe machines with the ability to hold tolerances of ±0.002”.Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to:Reads blueprints or job order for specifications such as dimensions and tolerances, tooling instructions on holding devices, feed rates, cutting speeds, depth of cuts, and cutting toolsPositions and secures tools in holdersLifts workpiece manually or with hoist, and positions and secures workpiece in holding device, machine table, chuck, centers, or fixturesSets specified rotation speed, feed rate, and depth of cut, and positions tool in relation to workpieceStarts machine, turns handwheels to feed tool to workpiece, and engages feedTurns valve handle to direct flow of coolant against tool and workpieceObserves cutting action of machine to detect excessive wear or malfunctionVerifies conformance of machined workpiece to specificationsScribes reference lines on workpiece to lay out interrelated surfaces, lengths, and depths of cutComputes unspecified dimensions and machine settingsOperates forkliftWork Schedule:Third Shift: primarily Sunday Night through Friday Morning, 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.Opportunity to move to four (4) ten (10) hour shifts after training (Sunday night-Thursday morning 9:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.)Overtime as needed when production needs dictate overtime is required to fulfil customer delivery expectationsBenefits:Paid Time Off: 16 hours after 60 days, annual vacation accrualHealth Coverage: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance after 60 daysAdditional Benefits: Company paid short-term disability and 401(k) company contribution after 1 yearMinimum of 5 years of Manual and/or CNC Lathe ExperienceAbility to hold tolerances of ±0.002”Ability to read and interpret Engineering Drawings & GD&TProficient in the use of precision measuring equipmentAbility to independently set up machines, select tooling, and perform precision inspectionsCapable of scoring 80% or higher on our machining testPhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
