Job summary

Venteon is seeking an Assembler / Machine Tool Builder in Rochester Hills, MI to assemble parts per drawings, blueprints and schematics. You will use hand tools, power tools, and basic measurement devices to inspect components and maintain production records.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of assembly experience, can read mechanical drawings, and are familiar with pneumatics, hydraulics and precision measurement tools while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics and BOMs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on assembly experience.

Responsibilities

• Assemble parts and components according to work instructions, drawings, blueprints and schematics.
• Use hand tools, power tools and basic measurement devices.
• Inspect parts for defects and verify quality throughout assembly.
• Maintain accurate production records and follow company procedures.
• Prepare machines for shipment, including crating and documentation.
• Support field installation and commissioning when required.
• Keep the work area clean, organized and safe.
• Communicate issues or discrepancies to supervisors or team leads.
