You will read specifications, adjust equipment, and monitor production to prevent defects, perform routine maintenance, and support teammates to meet deadlines.

The role supports a fast-paced manufacturing environment with emphasis on accuracy, reliability, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or related experience.
• Basic understanding of electronics and programmable controllers.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity and tools.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Set stops or guides to specific lengths as indicated by scale or templates.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Review product for inconsistencies and ensure quality requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Assist other operators to set up machines and meet deadlines.
