Job summary

Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, seeks a skilled Equipment and Machine Operator to join our United States manufacturing team. You will operate machinery per specifications, monitor performance, ensure safety standards, and assist with setup and maintenance to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or 1+ month related experience.
• Basic understanding of electronics and programmable controllers.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, electricity and basic tools.
• Ability to read safety/operating manuals and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Read job specifications to determine machine adjustments and material needs.
• Set stops or guides to required lengths per specifications.
• Monitor machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Inspect products for consistency and quality compliance.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning.
