Gilder Search Group is seeking a reliable Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing team. You will set up, operate, and adjust wire coiling, stamping, and four-slide machines while upholding quality, safety, and productivity standards.

The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and excellent attention to detail, with the ability to follow procedures and work efficiently in a production environment.

Qualifications

• Approximately 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to follow directions and retain technical information.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and adjust wire coiling, stamping, and four-slide machines.
• Monitor machines during production and make adjustments as needed.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
• Use measuring instruments such as gauges and calipers to verify dimensions.
• Follow established manufacturing processes, procedures, and quality requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Meet production expectations while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Perform other production and manufacturing duties as assigned.
