You will read blueprints, adjust machines, load materials, and troubleshoot to minimize downtime while maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and dependable attendance, with overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust machines to meet tight tolerances and finish requirements.
• Identify materials and prepare machines for production runs.
• Load raw materials and ensuring proper machine configuration.
• Troubleshooting setup, tooling, and production issues to minimize downtime.
• Operating multiple machines simultaneously with efficiency and precision.
• Inspecting parts regularly to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Following blueprints, work instructions (VA’s), and technical specifications.
