Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, technically skilled, and committed to continuous improvement, with the ability to read production logs, perform measurements, and operate forklifts and cranes as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be detail-oriented and able to read and write in English.
• Basic math including decimals and fractions is required.
• Experience operating measuring devices and basic maintenance tasks preferred.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Set up and calibrate equipment to meet production requirements.
• Inspect materials for quality before, during, and after production.
• Record quality deficiencies and report to supervisors.
• Maintain tooling and assist with preventive maintenance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
