Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and write in English for records and reporting.
• Manufacturing or related industrial experience preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math with decimals and fractions.

Responsibilities

• Observe safety rules and LOTO to operate equipment.
• Set up and calibrate high-speed equipment with robotic elements.
• Inspect materials for quality before, during, and after run.
• Record deficiencies and report to supervisor/quality.
• Maintain tooling and perform routine housekeeping.
• Diagnose equipment and quality issues to minimize scrap.
• Complete production, changeover, and scrap reports.
• Assist maintenance with repairs and PM of equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
