Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Must own basic hand tools and be able to lift up to ~50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs machine setups on equipment and production lines.
• Performs minor repairs and routine maintenance with minimal supervision.
• Reads specifications and work orders to ensure correct setup.
• Completes required paperwork including time, inspection, downtime, scrap, and production reports.
• Trains new employees and maintains a clean, safe work area.
