Key responsibilities include starting up and shutting down machines, maintaining quality, loading materials, and keeping a clean, safe workspace. Training will be provided, with shifts on first, second, and third crew.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to follow written instructions and safety procedures.
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to safely use hand tools and basic measuring tools.
• Must complete required machine training prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Safely operated assigned production machinery.
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (with training).
• Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to supervision or Quality Control.
• Load raw materials and replenish packaging supplies as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Assist team members and provide coverage on Production Line during breaks when required.
• Follow production orders and safety procedures.
• Participate in safety meetings and required training.
