Key responsibilities include starting up and shutting down machines, maintaining quality, loading materials, and keeping a clean, safe workspace. Training will be provided, with shifts on first, second, and third crew.

This role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operated assigned production machinery
• Perform machine start-ups, shutdowns, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting (with training)
• Monitor product quality and report defects or issues to supervision or Quality Control
• Load raw materials and replenish packaging supplies as needed
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
• Assist team members and provide coverage on Production Line during breaks when required

Shift & Pay:

• 1st Shift:$14.00/ hr | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift:$14.50/ hr | 3:30 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift:$15.00/ hr | 11:30 PM – 7:30 AM
• Schedule: Rotating days off (5 days on / 2 days off)

Requirements:

Physical Requirements:
