Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Read job specs to determine machine adjustments and material requirements.
• Set stops or guides to lengths as indicated by scale or templates.
• Observe machine operation to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Review product for inconsistencies and ensure quality requirements.
• Perform routine machine maintenance.
• Assist other operators to set up machines and meet deadlines.
• Maintain clean, orderly housekeeping in the assigned area.
