MOO, a Boston-area design and production company, is seeking a Machine Operator in East Providence, RI to join a fast-paced production team. You will operate and maintain bindery and other printing machinery, follow SOPs, and contribute to on-time, high-quality output.

Ideal candidates have a strong mechanical background, enjoy problem-solving, can lift up to 50 lbs, and communicate in English to understand instructions. Growth and safety matter at MOO.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background with ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long shifts.
• Must communicate effectively in English to understand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines such as bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Rotary Die MGI, and ABG.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate issues as needed.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safety.
• Report completed orders using approved systems and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and stations for the next shift.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure outputs meet standards.
