Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical background and willingness to learn.
• Candidates should be able to troubleshoot and run machines.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines such as bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Rotary Die MGI, and ABG.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure quality and safe operations.
• Accurately report completed orders using approved systems and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and stations for the next shift and ensure smooth handoffs.
