Job summary

MOO, with offices in Boston and East Providence, RI, is seeking a Machine Operator to join our fast-paced production team. You will operate and maintain multiple production machines, ensure quality, and follow SOPs to keep output efficient and accurate.

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical background, comfort with learning new equipment, and the stamina to stand for long shifts, lift up to 50 lbs, and meet daily deadlines. Prior experience with bindery or cutting equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical background and problem solving abilities.
• Ability to learn new equipment and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience operating production machinery is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines including bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, and laminators.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to the Manufacturing management team.
• Adhere to company SOPs to ensure consistent quality and safe operations.
• Accurately report completed orders using company-approved systems and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and stations for the next shift and ensure readiness.
