Job summary

MOO is seeking a Machine Operator in our East Providence, RI facility to support growing production demands with precision and efficiency. The successful candidate will have a strong mechanical background, be capable of reading instructions in English, and demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, calibrate, and run a variety of production machines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production machines such as bindery equipment, guillotine cutters, laminators, MOLL, Horizon Rotary Die MGI, and ABG.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment failures to Manufacturing management.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure consistent quality and safe operations.
• Accurately report completed orders using company-approved systems; prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain equipment and stations for next shift; ensure readiness and clean-up.
• Conduct quality checks and escalate unresolved issues to the supervisor.
