Swagelok recruits for a Level II Machine Operator in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment where safety and quality come first. You will learn on various machines and gain hands-on experience producing fluid-system components to meet high standards.

The role is ideal for an entry-level machinist who thrives in a fast-paced setting, can work independently, and participates in a comprehensive training program that supports career growth and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills, adding and subtracting fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Swagelok’s production system and participate in daily shift start-up meetings.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
• Follow quality plans and inspect finished parts with precision tools.
• Identify issues and escalate to resume production.
• Complete preventative maintenance and document production activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
