Swagelok in Solon, OH, is seeking a Level II Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will produce fluid-system components and help maintain strict quality standards in a clean, temperature-controlled environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math skills, adding and subtracting fractions and decimals.
• Self-motivated with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Follow Swagelok’s production system, start-up daily shift with team and handoff reports.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment per standard work instructions.
• Follow quality plans and specs; inspect finished parts with precision measuring tools.
• Monitor machine outputs; identify quality, machining, tooling, and process issues and escalate as needed.
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
• Document production activities accurately and maintain manufacturing records.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area following all safety procedures.
