Job summary

Safariland is seeking a Production Associate in Casper, WY to assist with daily production duties and operate assigned machinery. You will follow standardized procedures, participate in continuous improvement efforts, and help maintain quality and efficiency on the line.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work across different stations as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned machine operations within established time standards.
• Follow standardized procedures for machine operations.
• Participate in kaizen activities to improve productivity and quality.
• Conduct daily machine maintenance and document accordingly.
• Assist in developing standardized work instructions.
• Keep work area clean and orderly per standards.
• Ensure defects do not move to subsequent processes.
• Work at different stations as production needs require.
• Assemble products for stock or as needed.
• Label products with logos and serial numbers correctly.
• Support quality control in production.
