Job summary

NPS Holdings LLC is seeking a diligent Machine Operator to operate and maintain production machinery at our Wisconsin facility. The role involves ensuring safe, efficient operation, monitoring machine performance, and helping achieve high-quality outputs with low waste.

Responsibilities include setup, adjustments, quality tests, daily production reporting, and routine maintenance tasks to keep equipment in top condition.

Qualifications

• Experience operating manufacturing machinery preferred.
• Must be mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic machine issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor machine to run at optimum level while ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Perform quality control tests and adjust processes to maintain low waste.
• Set up machines and make adjustments to ensure quality material is produced.
• Log daily production and maintain accurate paperwork.
• Grease, oil, and maintain machine lubrication and cleanliness.
• Perform roll changes and alignments, thread the machine, and adjust tension as needed.
• Log and report any runnability or diameter/perforation issues.
