Job summary

Alfa Laval is seeking a Machine Operator in Tulsa, Oklahoma and/or Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, to run and maintain conventional and special machines for fabricating structural parts with precision.

You will read blueprints, set up equipment, measure parts, and ensure quality through careful operation and problem solving, working toward safety and efficiency. This full-time role requires basic math and blueprint familiarity, with crane and forklift experience highly valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of professional manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills including tape measure and calipers.
• Demonstrated ability to read blueprints preferred.
• Experience using industrial machines preferred.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Proficiency with equipment such as radial drills and band saws.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and maintain machines, including loading, machining, unloading, and deburring.
• Read blueprints or instructions for job specifications.
• Provide materials to workstations and various locations as needed.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions for accuracy.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed to maintain quality.
• Replace and install machined parts and ensure proper functionality.
• Assist with training and cross-training in different areas.
