Job summary

Mayville Engineering Company, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Manufacturing/Operator for our Wisconsin facility. The role focuses on operating basic machinery, loading materials, and maintaining clean work areas while following SOPs and safety rules.

You will join a team, report issues to supervision, and perform routine equipment checks. High school diploma required; prior manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operates basic machinery in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Loads and unloads materials into machinery.
• Monitors machine operations and reports any issues to the supervisor.
• Performs routine checks and maintenance of equipment.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.
• Adheres to all safety and company policies.
• Assists in troubleshooting machine issues.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
