Job summary

Accelera in Wisconsin is seeking a Precision Machining Specialist to operate and monitor CNC equipment on the production floor, ensuring high output and tight tolerances for our precision components.

You will perform quality inspections with micrometers and calipers, assist tool changes and setups, maintain a clean, safe workspace, and follow established process documentation to ensure consistent, top‑quality production cycles.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing experience.
• Strong manual dexterity and visual accuracy.
• Ability to stand and mobilize throughout shift.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor CNC machinery to meet production targets.
• Perform precise quality inspections using micrometers and calipers.
• Conduct proactive machine maintenance and tool adjustments.
• Set up machines and perform changeovers for continuous production.
• Maintain a safe, organized workspace.
• Identify and escalate potential quality deviations.
• Follow process documentation to ensure consistency.
