Job summary

Barletta Boats in Bristol, IN is seeking a Machine Operator to operate and maintain production equipment such as Tube Seamers, CNC Routers, Press Brakes, Shears, and Benders. You will set up machines, perform quality checks, and help meet daily production goals.

You must read technical drawings and a tape measure, follow safety guidelines, and work well with teammates. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; technical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with Tube Seamers, CNC Routers, Press Brakes, Shears, and Benders.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor Tube Seamers, CNC Routers, Press Brakes, Shears, Benders, and other production machinery.
• Set up machines according to production specifications.
