Job summary

Chart Industries is seeking a Machine Operator to join our Shop Operations team. You will help produce high-quality manufactured products used worldwide, with day and night shifts available.

The role requires 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience, ability to read a tape measure and shop drawings, and knowledge of safety practices. You will work with manual lathes/mills, cranes, and hand tools, while wearing PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Able to read a tape measure and shop drawings.
• Knowledge of safety practices and hazards in machining.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and operate basic machine tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines at start of shift per instructions.
• Learn testing procedures to ensure optimum operation.
• Maintain and clean machines; monitor during production; perform quality checks.
