Job summary

The role emphasizes quality and safety, with a 1st shift (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM) and a $20 per hour pay rate. You will inspect finished pieces, document process tickets, and assist with packing and loading as part of end-to-end production tasks.

Qualifications

• Ability to start and observe machine operation to detect malfunctions.
• Willingness to fix issues that might occur during the shift, when needed.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure finished work meets specifications.
• Comfort working with production documentation and process monitoring requirements.
• Reliability and consistency to support daily production goals.

Responsibilities

• Operate assigned machines to support consistent production output.
• Meet production requirements consistently throughout the shift.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area while working on the production floor.
• Packing finished materials into dunnage and loading/unloading.
• Check that finished workpieces conform to specifications and complete documentation correctly for process monitors and production tickets.
