Job summary

Employers Overload is hiring a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Ohio. You will accurately measure materials, operate saw equipment, and use a hand grinder to prepare and finish products according to specifications.

Responsibilities include measuring, operating machinery safely, inspecting finished products, and maintaining a clean work area while following safety procedures. Training is provided on 1st shift for both 1st and 3rd shift positions.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Read and understand measurements using a metric measuring tape.
• Comfortable operating power tools and machinery.
• Use a hand grinder safely.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical manufacturing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure materials using a metric measuring tape.
• Operate saw equipment safely and efficiently.
• Use a hand grinder to smooth, shape, or finish materials.
• Follow production specifications, measurements, and work instructions.
• Inspect materials and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Perform other manufacturing duties as assigned.
