Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience operating industrial bindery equipment.
• Strong understanding of glue chemistry, foil properties, and platen pressure.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs safely.

Responsibilities

• Independently set up the Kluge EHD platen press for foam stamping.
• Program and operate the Perfecta cutter for complex sequences.
• Perform quality checks to ensure print finishing precision.
