Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience operating industrial bindery equipment.
• Strong understanding of paper grain and glue chemistry.
• Exceptional math skills for producing complex layouts.

Responsibilities

• Set up Kluge EHD for foil stamping and die-cutting.
• Monitor temperature and pressure settings.
• Perform quality checks throughout production runs.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on binding lines.
