Job summary

Link Snacks in Perry, GA seeks a Lubrication Technician to lead lubrication routes and asset care across production, packaging, utilities and facilities. You will partner with reliability and maintenance teams to reduce failures, extend asset life, and improve uptime while maintaining GMP and HACCP standards.

The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, strong lubrication proficiency, and CMMS experience; food manufacturing experience is a plus. Competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, technical training or certs in industrial maintenance.
• Minimum 3 years industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Food manufacturing experience preferred; strong lubrication knowledge.
• Proficient with CMMS and basic office software.

Responsibilities

• Execute all scheduled lubrication routes and tasks.
• Lubricate equipment according to approved standards and inspect points.
• Maintain lubrication records in CMMS and support shutdown activities.
• Collect oil samples, review results with Reliability Engineer, act on findings.
• Support TPM, RCFA, and reliability improvement efforts.
