Job summary

Epiroc in Garland, TX is hiring an Assembler (Low Voltage Electrical Technician) to join our onsite team. You will trouble-shoot low voltage systems, follow wiring schematics, and collaborate with Engineering and Vendors on new wiring requirements for prototype units.

This role involves running conduit, pulling wire, making electrical connections, and performing general assembly duties while adhering to safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience with low voltage electrical systems and wiring diagrams.
• Ability to troubleshoot electrical interfaces and diagnose problems.
• Comfort with reading and following wiring schematics.

Responsibilities

• Trouble-shoot low voltage systems utilizing wiring schematics, computer software, and diagnostic equipment.
• Trouble-shoot electrical to electronic interfaces
• Running conduit, pull wire, and make electrical connections in a professional manner using wiring diagrams and/or electrical schematics
• Assembly duties as required
• Detect and report defective materials, faulty operation, and unusual conditions to immediate Supervisor
• Follow prescribed safety regulations / guidelines
• Work with Engineering and Vendors on new wiring requirements for Prototype units and systems
• Work independently on wiring and
